Current behavior:
  •   The term extraction tool operates on a statistical basis, while other statistical or linguistic layers would be necessary to find rare collocations (e. g. novel terminology in scientific papers).

Requested behavior: 
  •   The term extraction tool could apply algorithms such as C-Value/NC-Value (can be tested via PyATE) for better results.
