Current behavior:
Inconsistent translations are not detected across jobs or split jobparts.

Available workaround (if any):
Jobs or split jobparts may be opened in a joined view to use the 'Inconsistent translations' QA check and the repetition auto-propagation for resolving the issues, but that is not always possible.

Requested behavior:
A new QA check that warns of inconsistencies with the TM.

Use case:
Very often, a reviewer has to correct many jobs/jobparts in a project with different progress in the various workflow steps, so that using a joined view is impossible.

Note:
The core feature should be a warning shown in the Editors (link to the respective request) that assists reviewers as they work. The QA feature is meant as a final check to ensure that no inconsistencies with the TM are missed.
