For larger projects, the client sometimes needs a term base that consists of dozens of languages. While it's possible to add more languages to an already existing TB, it's not possible to remove them if the TB contains already some entries in that language. The client then needs to re-create the TB minus the language they want to remove. Adding a possibility to save a TB template would speed up the time to make such change. 

Current behavior:

It's not possible to save term base settings in a template. 

Requested behavior:

It's possible to save term base setting in a template and create a new term base from this template.

Streamlining the maintenance and creation of larger term bases.
