It should be possible to praise a really good translation and reflect that in the calculated score. Kudos should improve the score and mitigate the weight of some of the mistakes. 

Current behavior:

It's not possible to give kudos to Linguists. 

Requested behavior:

• It's possible to give kudos to Linguists.
• It's possible to set "Kudos" severity level to a negative value, such as -2, -3, etc. Value should be customizable by client.

More dynamic evaluation of Linguists. Opportunity to positively motivate them.
