Current behavior:
  •  "target-language" or "trgLang" attribute is not updated in completed XLIFF 1.2, 2.0 and Drupal/Wordpress files to reflect the actual target language of the translated file.
(It is added to completed XLIFF 1.2 and 2.0 files when not present in the source files.)

Requested behavior:
  •  To have an "Update language declaration in completed files" option (as seen in the HTML filetype settings) for XLIFF 1.2, 2.0 and Drupal/Wordpress files.

Use case:
  •  A false "target-language" value may cause issues in the working environment where the translated file is imported.
