Current behavior:
When a Buyer shares a job with a Vendor, the Vendor cannot edit or hide the note field in the project header. However, the note is visible to both the Vendor and the Vendor's Provider. The Buyer may be using the note for their internal information (e.g. name of a project template used to create the project which contains their name or the name of a client), which might then disclose information to the Vendor's provider which the Vendor considers confidential and doesn't want to share with the Provider.

Requested behavior:
When a Buyer shares a job with a Vendor, the Vendor has the option to edit or hide the note in the project header according to their preferences so that it is not visible to the Vendor's Provider.

Use case
The Vendor can filter what information is disclosed to their Provider in case the note contains what the Vendor considers confidential information.
