Projects in the Projects view can be currently sorted according to numerous criteria, but it's not possible to see who submitted a project via the Submitter portal, and subsequently, sort them by this information.

Current behavior:

It's not possible to sort and filter projects in the Projects view by who submitted them via the Submitter portal.

Requested behavior: 

It's possible to sort and filter the projects according to "Submitted by", e.g. by submitter's email/submitter's username.

Use case:

Having this information would make it possible for PMs to know from whom a project is and by whom such project should be processed.
