Current behavior:
When there are multiple 100% (without context) for one-word segments, there’s a chance an incorrect match will be inserted into the segment when pre-translating and locking these segments.

Penalizing the TM doesn’t really work as it would mean losing all 100% matches, which would impact a translation costs.

Requested behavior:
It is possible for a PM to exclude 1-word 100% TM matches from pre-translation when pre-translating from TM.

Use case:
Especially in software localization projects, we rarely get 101% matches, and we have a lot of one-word ambiguous segments whose translation differs based on the context (e.g., the word "Home" could be referring to "home page" or "home phone number".) If there are two different translations in the TM and we pre-translate 100% matches, there’s a chance we will get incorrect translations when pre-translating and locking these segments.
