We need a login troubleshooter or something like that available to make it easier to identify the specific problems behind each different (error) message that a linguist may encounter when failing to log in or accept/access a job/project. 

I meant to suggest that, precisely because each error message has a different meaning/cause, it might be a good idea to make available a troubleshooter that helps users to identify the cause of a message in each specific instance and also get a general idea/overview of what error messages can appear at different stages of logging in and accepting/accessing a job.
