DocBook: import the inline element and the value of its attribute

If a file is imported as DocBook (DBK) and it contains an inline element link and its attribute xlink:href, the value of the attribute is not imported as translatable text.
 
Current behavior: 
The value of the attribute xlink:href is not imported as a translatable text.
 
Requested behavior:
The value of the attribute xlink:href is imported as a translatable text.
