If a project contains references, Linguist will receive a notification when they open the editor.

Current behavior:

Project Managers do not have the ability to link reference files only to specific jobs.

Expected behavior:

Project Managers have the ability to link reference files to specific jobs.

Use case:

Projects can contain a great number of jobs, while reference files may only be relevant for some of them. This can be confusing for Linguists, as they might unnecessarily spend time on checking irrelevant references.
