Client has multiple jobs in a project and they would like to update the target for them in batch. Currently, it's only possible to update target per one job. If there are 20 languages in the project, updating the target for all of them can become rather time consuming. Batch upload should speed the process up. 

Current behavior

It's possible to upload only one file to update target. 

Desired behavior

It's possible to upload multiple files at once if their segment count does not exceed 2000 segments limit.
