Sometimes, segmentation rules applied in the job do not catch everything and the job needs additional adjustments. For the Linguists to be able to split and join segments, they have to be allowed to change the source. However, further changes to the source are not desirable.

Current behavior:

When Linguists join and split segments, they are also able to edit the content. 

Requested behavior:

It's possible to allow Linguists to join and split segments without editing the content itself.
