Since the file handover option is only available for the last workflow step enabled on a project, I need it available through any workflow step not only the last one, what I am imagining is literally just a box where the Linguist can upload supplemental files.

Use Case:

I need the linguist to be able to upload additional supplemental documents to the project for project managers to access like translations of tables and diagrams that appear in PDFs related to the job or for example certification paperwork.
