Currently, the PM users need to export workflow changes in HTML and share it with the linguist users via email. It would be great if linguists could export their own workflow changes.

Current behavior: 

Linguist users cannot export workflow changes

Available workaround:

The PM user exports workflow changes and sends the HTML table to the Linguist.

Requested behavior: 

Linguist users can export workflow changes

Use case: 

Linguists can get an additional reference when working on the job.
