Current behavior:
Terms without a match in the job's target language are not listed on the CAT pane.
If there is no target language definition of the term in the term base, it is not flagged with the "Missing term" QA check, because there is no reference for the target language.
Available workaround:
Manual search in all linked TBs.
Requested behavior:
Terms without a match in the job's target language should be listed on the CAT pane, the concept definition and note should be shown to provide more context for the Linguists.
Use case:
Users can check the concept definition & note, and perhaps add the missing language term to the concept (in line with the plans).

This would be incredibly useful. Please add this!
It would be a substantial improvement to terminology management. The workarounds we use to add missing terms are time consuming and tedious.
It also prevents linguists from creating duplicate TB entries when using the Add term option in the Editors.
