Current behavior:
URLs added in comments are not clickable

Available workaround (if any):
Triple-click on the URL (in Windows) or select it, then:
- use 'Open link in new tab' from the right-click menu in Editor for Web
- copy & paste the URL from the comment in Editor for Desktop into your browser's address bar

Requested behavior:
URLs in comments should be clickable to open the location in a new browser tab
