Current behavior:

It's not possible to jump from one confirmed unlocked segment to the next confirmed unlocked segment.

Requested behavior: 

It's possible to jump from one confirmed unlocked segment to the next confirmed unlocked segment.

Use case: 

For large files that contain a lot of locked and confirmed segments and very few unlocked and unconfirmed segments. When filtering the segments according to the status is not an acceptable workaround because Linguists need to see the context (surrounding segments).
