Current behavior:
Currently, the limit is 50 loaded jobs per page. The limit can be increased by setting the max parameter in the project URL, but it is applied only to that given project at that given time.

Requested behavior:
A user has the option to set how many jobs are displayed in a project on a global level, e.g. under User settings.

Use case:
Dealing with a large amount of files in a project that are spread across several pages is very inconvenient, and time-consuming as either the max parameter has to be changed manually every time, or a filter needs to be applied based on some criteria (e.g. when a user wants to analyze files into one language only that are spread across several pages).
