Submitter portal: display selected Service in the Project page

Current behavior

When a Service is selected in the Submitter Portal, it's not displayed in the Project information summary at the top of the Project page.

Requested behavior

When a Service is selected in the Submitter Portal, it's also displayed in the Project information summary at the top of the Project page.
