Current behavior:
Linguists can pre-translate jobs, but the default pre-translation settings are taken from the project settings as set by the PM/organization. The linguist, however, may need different settings for pre-translation, and has to manually change them.

Requested behavior:
A linguist can save a pre-translation setting as a template or a profile so that the same settings can be applied to other jobs assigned to the linguist without having to manually adjust the settings in every single project.

Use case:
Having a template with stored settings for pre-translation would speed up the process when pre-translating files in multiple projects in the same way.
