Add Project # column in PM and Admin's Jobs View

Current behavior

There is no Project number column in Project managers and Administrators' Jobs View, unlike in the Projects View or in the Linguist's Jobs View.

Requested behavior

There is a Project number column in Project managers and Administrators' Jobs View, like in the Projects View or in the Linguist's Jobs View.
