Current behavior:

It's only possible to move around the QA pane when clicking on the number of segment. Using the ArrowUp and ArrowDown keys, the highlight then jumps from segment number to segment number. 

Requested behavior:

Introduce a keyboard shortcut to move around the QA pane from one QA warning to another.

• Map ArrowUp and ArrowDown to move between the QA warnings rather than segment numbers.
• Introduce an additional shortcut to move around the QA Pane, similar to CAT Pane Ctrl + ArrowUp and Ctrl + ArrowDown.

Use case:

Translators try to avoid using mouse while translating. This feature would greatly extend the current options, resulting in a more efficient workflow.
