Current behavior:
The type of quotation marks used for target text is set automatically in the Editor according to a target language. Sometimes, a different type is required, and it is not possible to save this setting in a project template.

Requested behavior:
It is possible to save different format of quotation marks to a project template.

Use case:
A client might require using a different type of quotation marks in the target text. Having the option to save the format of quotation marks in a project template would allow having the required format applied automatically in given projects, which would prevent linguists from using wrong ones when they forgot to switch the format type.
