Implement more granular control for the search function (in recycle bin)

Current behavior:

  • It is not possible to input attributes / filters when using the search function

 
Requested behavior:

  • Implement input attributes / filters for the search function
    i.e. - Search for deleted projects by user XYZ

 
Workaround:

  • None

 
Use case:

  • Users would like to have the option to have a narrowed search results, specifically in Recycle Bin / Archived content
