It is possible to select a specific "Next Step Ready" template when creating a new job.

Current behavior:

  • Once that provider sets the job in the first step as Completed, the provider assigned to the second step automatically receives an email notification, using the "Next Step Ready" template, the first one from under Settings - Administration - Email templates

Requested behavior:

  • Once that provider sets the job in the first step as Completed, the provider assigned to the second step automatically receives an email notification, using the specific "Next Step Ready" template that was pre-selected (somewhere) during the job creation

Use case:

  • Jobs in the project are being translated for a specific client who needs a corresponding customized email template, that needs to be different from other "Next Step Ready" templates, that are also customized per individual client or individual project.
