Current behavior:
When a ZIP archive is uploaded into References in Submitter portal, the archive is unpacked.
Requested behavior:
When a ZIP archive is uploaded into References in Submitter portal, the archive is kept as ZIP.
Use case:
It would allow keeping structure of references attached as well as keeping the project more organized.
