Requested behavior: Integration with NeuralDesktop is available

Use case: The application is a desktop NMT application that translates locally, offline. The application acts as a local websocket server listening to localhost, and client apps and plugins send translation requests to it and get back the translated text.
Currently, the app accepts raw text and any tag handling is done on the plugins. The request mechanism is being redesigned and will probably be converted to a JSON format.
Besides the basic functionality for translating strings, it might be possible to add other features, e.g. using fuzzy matches for dynamic, on-the-fly adaptation, terminology, etc.

Competitor's solution: Plugins for Trados and MemoQ are available.
