Current behavior:
Webhooks can be disabled/enabled, tested, or deleted from the webhooks page by hovering over individual webhooks and clicking on the three dots to access the menu. The three dots to access the menu are only visible when you hover the mouse over the individual webhook.

Requested behavior:
Make the three dots button to access the individual webhook menu from the webhooks page always visible, so that it is easier to find it.

Use case:
For some users, it is difficult to find the menu to enable/disable, test or delete webhooks. This would help them to save time.
