Current behavior:
Guest users are not allowed to change job status.

Requested behavior:
The option to Change job status is available under Guest user rights.

Use case:
This would help PMs to keep track of the project progress when certain steps require revision/validation on the client's side. They would be immediately notified of the job status change and no external communication would be necessary.
