Requested behavior:
There is a QA check that checks for space placement around tags.

Use case:
In source languages that do not use spaces (i.e. CJK), a space before and/or after a tag usually has to be placed in the translation.

(Such QA check would have to be able to distinguish the space use around tags in different file formats and for different languages to avoid false positives)
