Current behavior:
When creating / editing jobs in the UI, providers are searched for and can be selected based on their first / last name. Usernames are currently not supported.
Requested behavior:
Assigning providers based on usernames
Use case:
Usernames provide greater flexibility, e.g. in relation to user description.
