New Mentions feature only alerts the user via the notification bell. It would be great if an email option (or Phrase app option) was possible as well.

Use case: It is unlikely that the translation team or PM notices the notifications in real time, it would be great to have another way of alerting them

Users can now receive email notifications when they are mentioned in TMS, including mentions in comments, replies, and LQA issues.
To receive email notifications for mentions, administrators (or project managers with necessary permissions) need to enable "Notify users when mentioned in comments or LQA" in Access and security settings at a global / project level.
Totally needed, our PMs and/or linguists are not constantly logged in Phrase TMS and therefore would only see the notifications when they logged in for other projects which would lose the purpose of it.
