In-app Notifications
Notifications are presented in the top right corner and provide status updates of jobs, projects and any connection errors.
In-app notifications are also displayed in CAT editors when mentioning users in comment and LQA threads. Clicking on a mention notification opens the specific job in the editor, where relevant thread and segment are focused. Notifications from comments or LQA are distinguished by the appropriate symbol: is displayed for comments, while
is displayed for LQA assessments.
The notifications can be pinned to the top of the list for later reference, display the unread only using the toggle at the top of the list, or be marked all as read at once through the option available in the menu.
Unpinned notifications older than 30 days will be automatically deleted.

Due to continuous improvements, the user interface may not be exactly the same as presented in the video.
Email Notifications for Mentions
Project managers can configure email notifications on a per project basis to provide additional visibility for collaboration in large projects with multiple vendors.
Email notifications follow the same rules and recipient logic as existing in-app notifications in TMS.
If enabled, email notifications are sent using a dedicated email template when:

A user is mentioned in segment or job comments and LQA threads.

A reply is added to an existing comment or LQA thread in which the user is a participant.

The user is included in a group mention (e.g. @owners, @providers), following the same behavior as in-app notifications.
The email notification contains a link that opens the job in the CAT web editor and focuses the relevant comment, thread, or segment. If a mentioned user has not yet accepted the job, the link opens the job in read-only mode.
Email notifications are sent only to users who currently have access to the relevant job or job part.
To configure email notifications, select in the settings.
Limitations

When comments or LQA issues are created in bulk (e.g., across repeated segments), one email is sent per conversation.

Email links generated before a job split may no longer resolve correctly, as new job parts receive new UIDs.

In multi-step or multi-organization workflows, the email link opens the job part where the conversation was created.

If multiple email templates of this type exist in TMS settings, the first available template is used automatically.

Replies notify all existing participants in the conversation, even without a new mention.
Email Notifications for New Reference Materials
Project managers can configure email notifications on a per-project basis to notify relevant users when new reference materials are manually added to a project. This notification is available in settings and is sent only if email notifications are enabled.
Recipients can be selected from project owners, internal providers, and vendor users. A dedicated email template can be used for this notification type.
