Price lists are used for calculating quotes used in submitter portals and are created by Project managers and Administrators.
In Team, Ultimate and Enterprise editions, quotes can be created manually from analyses with price lists being available for selection.
Editable default price lists for EUR and USD are pre-populated on the
page.To create a price list, follow these steps:

From the Settings
page, scroll down to the section and click on Price lists.
The
page opens. -
Click New.
The
page opens. -
Provide a
, , and whether this will be the price list when creating a new project.Since different billing units are used in different countries, three calculation methods are available:

Characters
Without spaces.
-
Words
For languages that use spaces between words—excluding Chinese, Japanese, and Thai.

Pages
1800 characters with spaces—unrelated to the actual number of pages in a file.

Click Save.
The new price list is saved and the
table is displayed.
Price lists can be added, deleted, cloned, imported and exported (.XLSX) from the
page. When applying pricing manually, add values with a decimal point or comma according to conventions for decimal numbers of the display language. If a price list is imported from a .XLSX with values containing a decimal comma, such values are ignored and not imported.To edit a price list and add language pairs, follow these steps:

Create a new price list or click on the name of a list on the page.
The Price list table is displayed in either the
or the page. -
Click Add language pair.
The
and selection boxes are displayed. -
Select language pairings and click Add.
The pairings are displayed in the
table. -
Apply pricing.
Values added are automatically saved to the
