Click the username and/or user image from the top right corner to view user profile options. When logged in, the user can see what organization they belong to, update their profile settings or sign out. Based on their user role, they can also invite other users to join the Phrase organization or manage its settings.
To view and manage profile settings in the Platform:

Select Settings/Profile from the profile icon at the top right of the screen.
The page is displayed.

Use the available tabs to manage the desired settings:

Create a profile picture automatically with initials and a pictogram to generate an avatar, or upload a profile picture. Edit personal information and configure options:

Select to display the user interface in mode, mode, or based on browser default settings.

Change the language in which the user interface is displayed.

Change the time zone associated with the user profile.

Manage available security settings:

Set up a new password for the current user profile.

Connect or disconnect the current user profile to the available social providers to enable login via social networks.

Set up and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). Currently, two-factor authentication via Google Authenticator application is supported.

Manage cookie preferences.

List, manage and switch among organizations.
-
View and download the user login history.
-
View and manage active API access tokens linked to the current user profile and organization.

Click Save to update profile settings.
Click the username and/or user image from the top right corner to view user profile options. When logged in, the user can see what role they have, update their profile and see their login history (dependent on user role) or sign out.
To update a user profile, follow these steps:

Click the username from the top right corner.
The profile menu is displayed.

Click My profile.
The page opens.

As of January 30, 2026 profile picture editing is removed from TMS. Use the options under the Platform user profile settings to generate an avatar or update the user profile picture.

Click Update profile settings.
Change are saved to the user profile.
To set or change the UI language for a TMS user, follow these steps:

Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
The page is displayed.

Scroll down to the section and select Language.
The settings page is displayed.

Select the desired language from the dropdown menu and click Save.

Editing the organization language from the section in the page does not change the UI language. Each TMS user must update their own UI language individually by following the steps above.
