Phrase Custom AI is an intuitive environment enabling the creation of a dataset, training an engine model, cleaning the engine model and deployment of custom machine translation (MT). Translation memories can also be cleaned and uploaded back to TMS to improve performance.
Once a dataset is created for either Asset Curation (used for Translation Memory (TM) cleaning), or MT Training (used for training a machine translation engine), it cannot be reused or repurposed for the other.
Custom AI usage is governed by two main quotas, which vary based on the subscription plan:

Trained Models (per month)

A limited number of custom models can be trained per billing period.

Once the limit is reached for that billing period, a model can be undeployed to free space for a new one.

Trainings are not limited to specific datasets.

Deployments (total active)

There is a cap on the total number of active custom model deployments at any point in time.

To access Phrase Custom AI, log in through the Phrase Platform log in page using the same user name / e-mail address and password currently used for Phrase TMS.

Customers using TMS SSO:

If SSO enforcement is required, consider setting up Platform level SSO.

If applicable, log in to Platform using username and password.

Customers using Social logins can request a reset of their password that will give them Custom AI access upon logging in.
