Platform invitations and product access management can be performed only by Platform owners and administrators.
Prerequisites

Users must have an active TMS profile. Portal access is granted as a product-specific permission.

Users must have an active TMS profile and the required TMS role (Project Manager or Administrator).

Invited users must belong to the same Platform organization for each product.
Invite New Organization Members
To invite new users of Phrase products that are part of the same Platform organization, follow these steps:

Login to the Phrase Platform and select Users from the navigation panel.
The page is displayed.

Click Invite users at the top of the users list.
The window is displayed.

Alternatively, select the profile icon in the top right corner of the page and click Invite user.

Enter the user's email address and select the desired Platform .

In the section, select the appropriate access level or role from the relevant dropdown for each Phrase product.

To restrict a user to Phrase Portal only, assign the role for TMS.
Important
If required, granular permissions for each product role (such as individual project, client, or resource rights) must be configured directly within the respective product interface.

Click Invite.
The invited user receives an invitation email. A new pending invitation is displayed in the Pending tab of the page.
The invitation link is valid for 14 days.

Invited user clicks on the link in the invitation email.

New Phrase Platform users
The page is displayed. Once all required fields are filled in, the new user logs into the Platform organization's homepage and gains access only to the invited products.

Users with existing Phrase Platform accounts
The page is displayed. After selecting the desired Platform account among the available ones, the user logs into the Platform organization's homepage.
Note
If SSO is configured for the organization and the invited user matches exactly one Platform account, the user can select the SSO option to login.

Existing users of a Phrase product can be invited to other products belonging to the same Platform organization and access all products through Platform single login.
Even in organizations using SSO, invitations must be accepted via the link sent in the email.
If an organization has automated user provisioning on, user invitations are disabled not to cause conflicts between the user lists in the Identity Provider (IdP) and Phrase platform.
Cancel or Resend Invitations
Pending invitations that are not expired and are not yet accepted can be cancelled or resent through the Pending tab of the page.

Select Cancel invite from the More options
menu to revoke the pending invitation for the desired user.

Select Resend invite from the More options
menu to send another invitation email to the desired user.
Manage Existing Members Access
To invite an existing user to an additional product, follow these steps:

Login to the Phrase Platform and select Users from the navigation panel.
Existing members are listed in the Active tab of the page.

Select Manage product access from the menu for the relevant user.
The window is displayed.

In the section, select the appropriate access level or role from the relevant dropdown for each Phrase product.
Important
If required, granular permissions for each product role (such as individual project, client, or resource rights) must be configured directly within the respective product interface.

Click Save.
The user's access status is updated to Processing. Once provisioning is complete, the user is granted access to the selected product(s).

Existing user logs into the Phrase Platform through existing credentials.
Relevant products are accessible in the Platform dashboard.
