Current behavior:

When a file is split into multiple parts and each part is assigned to a different Linguist, it is not possible for them to see the full file in the Editor for context. Currently, it is possible to see all the split files together in the Editor, but not for Linguists, since they can only access their assigned job. 

Requested behavior:

It should be possible for Linguists to do a full file search through filtering/sorting to have more context about the file they are working on. This could be done by allowing the users to see the full file in the Editor but only be able to edit their assigned scope of segments, while the remaining segments (outside a Linguist's scope) remain locked for them.
