Current behavior: 
When opening a job in editors, it's possible to hover the mouse over the resources to check which TMs and TBs are assigned to the project. However, it is not possible to see if the TMs/TBs are assigned in read/write modes.

Available workaround:
Check the TM/TB assignment from the project page (available only to PM and admin users).

Requested behavior:
Make it possible to see the TM/TB mode assignment from editors to all user roles.

Use case:
Linguists and PMs could quickly understand into which TMs segments will be saved.
