Current behavior:

Currently, it is only possible to select one net rate scheme for a linguist in their user's profile. Linguists often have different rates depending on the translation domain, and while you can manually select a different net rate scheme in the analysis for that provider, it can be time-consuming if there are several analyses for different providers. 

Requested behavior: 

Have the possibility to further customize the net rate scheme settings at user level. 

An example would be that under user's settings they could have:

Net rate 1 - for projects under a client or domain A, B and C
Net rate 2 - for projects under a client or domain D
