Current behavior:

In the editor, filtering by Last modified by gives results about the target segments which were modified by a specific user. 

Requested behavior:
Add a new filter like TM match last modified by, which filters segments in the editor based on the user who last edited the highest TM match available. 

Use case:
This would be useful to understand who modified the TM match associated to a specific segment and verify any inconsistencies.
