Current behavior:
LQA scoreboard contains the texts before and after review, however as standard in MS Excel format, without changes being visible.

Requested behavior:
Add an option to show the changes between and after review in LQA scorecard, either by enabling download in format like MS Word or HTML (similar to Export Workflow Changes feature).

Available workaround:
N/A. Only copying/converting from MS Excel to other format with track changes feature (f.e. MS Word).

Use case:
Better overview of the changes made by the reviewer/LQA.
