Current behavior:
When adding people in CC/BCC of an email, existing users are not displayed automatically in a dropdown menu.

Available workaround:
The user needs to manually type the desired email addresses to add them. 

Requested behavior:
Upon typing 2-3 letters in CC/BCC fields, relevant usernames of users with an account in that organization are automatically displayed and can be selected, as happens when selecting providers to assign to a job

Use case:
This would reduce the manual work and speed up the process of sending emails.
