Current behavior:
Archived projects or any projects cannot be merged together.

Available workaround (if any):
N/A.

Requested behavior:
Add a possibility to lower the manual work when extending the lifetime of multiple projects. Option to merge the projects would decrease the amount of work.

Use case:
When having too many projects, it becomes difficult to keep track on all projects who can be deleted due to Phrase TMS Storage Policy.
