Integrations provide a way to move translation texts between Phrase, Content Management Systems, marketing automation platforms, source code repositories, and other 3rd-party systems.
Connectors function based on the pull principle; content is pulled for translation. They are set up in Phrase TMS, and content can be imported to Phrase TMS manually, by users creating jobs from an online repository, or automatically with automated project creation.
Plugins function based on the push principle; content is pushed for translation. Users send content to Phrase TMS from within the external system.
Important
Not every plan includes every integration. If an integration is required, upgrade the subscription plan or purchase the integration.
Platform owners on active subscriptions can purchase add-on integrations that are available on their subscription plan in the tab of the organization settings. Use the section to explore or purchase add-on integrations.
Note
Enterprise customers should get in touch with Sales to purchase add-on integrations. For some add-ons, customers on lower plans may also need to contact Sales.
This section applies to connectors only.
Connectors can be set up and deleted by TMS Administrators and Project Managers with the permission.
A connector is shared across the entire organization. Any Project Manager can select and use any existing connector when creating a job. If the permission is disabled in a Project Manager’s profile, the user cannot view, set up, or delete connectors, but can still create jobs via connectors.
If it is not possible to use the Add from online repository button, check with the administrator to see that a connector has been set up.
Linguists have no access to connectors.

Delete a Connector
To delete a connector:

Click Integrations in the left menu.
The page opens.

Select the connector to delete.

Click Delete.
The window opens.

Type "delete" and click Delete.
The connector is deleted and the list of connectors is displayed.
Note
A connector cannot be deleted while it is still linked to incomplete jobs in a project, including jobs sitting in the Recycle bin. Attempting to delete such a connector returns a "Failed to delete connector" error.
Resolution: Open the project associated with the connector and complete or delete any remaining jobs. Go to , and empty it to remove any jobs still linked to the connector. Retry deleting the connector.
