Advanced Analytics is an add-on plan of Phrase Analytics, providing a self-service reporting solution with customizable charts and dashboards to create analytics reports according to business needs.
In line with our internal data storage policy, any customer-input text (e.g. project names, file names, domains) from permanently deleted content does not appear in Phrase Advanced Analytics. Permanently deleted content is replaced with “Deleted”. All numerical values, dates, timestamps, boolean data types from permanently deleted content remain available. This ensures that historical KPIs, trends, and forecasting aggregations remain consistent over time.
Data reports are available for the past 12 full months, allowing users to have a full year at any point in time.

Data is shown in UTC timezone.

Dashboards are refreshed twice daily:

12:00am and 12:00pm UTC for the EU instance

07:00am and 19:00pm UTC for the US instance
Each dashboard shows the time of the last data refresh completion. It is important to note that the displayed timestamp may not include data generated up to 3 hours prior. This is because transactions may not be captured in time when the data refresh process is triggered.

Advanced Analytics is accessed from the Phrase Analytics button on the navigation panel. From the analytics page, select the tab to display the page.
The page shows an embedded version of Metabase, an open-source business intelligence platform, with a homepage including:

A navigation sidebar with the following sections:

, where all personal or shared charts and dashboards are stored.

To learn more about available tables and relevant fields, follow these steps:

Bookmarks displayed at the top of the navigation sidebar, if any.

New button at the top right, enabling users to create a chart (), create a dashboard or a new folder ().
Personal charts and dashboards are visible only to the user who created them, and can be edited and saved without affecting other users. Charts and dashboards saved in the can be accessed and edited by other users within the same organization. As this content is shared, do not include personal data in the naming of charts, dashboards and labels in the shared collection.
Customize charts and dashboards by selecting filters, sorting and aggregating data upon creation or edit. Different visualization types (e.g. line, pie, funnel, bar, etc.) can be also applied to charts and dashboards.

Metabase application's version and functionalities available in Phrase Analytics may differ from the latest version and features released by Metabase.

User permissions
Access rights for project manager roles to view advanced analytics charts and dashboards can be set by an administrator in user settings.
