  • Tracked changes (deleted and added texts) for MS Word files (if imported with Ignore tracked changes set to FALSE) are clearly visualized in the in-context preview.

  • Users can now assign, modify, and reset keyboard shortcuts for editor operations via the new Shortcuts tab in Preferences, with shortcuts persisted across sessions.

v26.5 - March 17, 2026

Fixed Bugs

v26.4 - February 24, 2026

New Features and Improvements

  • CAT web editor is now aligned with international accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Main areas of improvement and impact:

    • Interactive elements follow a logical order

Enables predictable navigation, improves usability for keyboard and assistive technology users, and reduces cognitive load.

    • Selected elements display a clear focus indicator

Allows users to easily track their position on the screen, increasing confidence and reducing navigation errors.

    • Most actions can be completed without using a mouse

Ensures full functionality for keyboard-only users and people with motor impairments, supporting equitable access.

    • Focus remains within modals/pop-ups until closed and reliably returns to the triggering element

Maintains user context, prevents disorientation, and improves overall task efficiency.

Fixed Bugs

  • Joined view could not be opened when working with large files, blocking access to jobs in some projects. This has been fixed.

  • The search and filter function sometimes showed unrelated results when working with joined jobs, especially before refreshing the page. This has been fixed.

  • The same emoji was being copied to all repeated segments, even when different emojis were used. This has been fixed.

  • The Copy text option in the More languages tab was sometimes greyed out for no reason. This has been fixed.

v26.3 - February 18, 2026

New Features and Improvements
